Straw yellow with golden highlights. A bouquet of white flowers and white-fleshed stone fruits evolving into notes of buttery hazelnuts. Honey hints develop over ageing. Mouth-filling and plump with honey and fresh ripe fruits (peach, white currant). Great length with an elegant citrus finish. Serve as an aperitif or enjoy with main course salads, crusty seabass and foie gras, lobster in mild spices, roast chicken with crayfish, or with desserts of apple pie or crème caramel.

Notes of blackberries, blueberries, licorice, lavender and rosemary. Full-bodied with firm, sleek tannins. Firm and dark-fruited with a tannic finish.

A touch brighter and juicier than its sister bottling, the Domaine Grosset, the Création offers fresh, fruity blackberry and black cherry flavors balanced by a zesty spine of acidity. It's a more youthful expression of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvédre and Carignan framed by fine, silky tannins.

Offers a stream of juicy cassis, fresh red currant and dried herbs that race alongside smoked sandalwood and pencil lead shavings, with incense and floral notes adding lift. Well-built, with a firming frame of tannins bringing shape and a salty mesquite note at the close. Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan. Drink now through 2025. 6,000 cases made, 1,500 cases imported.

Good concentration, and defined, fresh berry fruits. Grippy, upright textural tannins. And ending on sweet raspberry and damson. A spicy touch of star anise on the finish adds a little piquancy.
